De Heihorsten

Holiday park Roompot De Heihorsten is located in Someren, North Brabant. The holiday park consists of modern, detached holiday homes, ranging from standard to wellness versions with saunas. From De Heihorsten you can walk straight into the forests of the Somerense Heide nature reserve. There are various hiking and mountain bike routes here, making this park ideal for nature lovers. The spacious accommodations are fully equipped and are appreciated for their cleanliness and comfort. The park exudes a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Right next to Roompot De Heihorsten is Boscafé de Soete Inval. Here you can enjoy a nice meal and you can choose from fun activities such as Adventure mini-golf, 18 Pitpat tables or a game of Jeu de boules on the Petanque court.

We start our walk around Roompot De Heihorsten, at the large parking lot at the beginning of the holiday park. We walk past the reception, with the small indoor pool behind it, towards the playground. The playground has various play equipment including a cable car, slide, swing, volleyball court, football field and jeu de boules court. We continue our way through the park and walk into zone H and I. Here you can see the beautiful detached holiday villas with thatched roofs. Some villas have air conditioning. There are also various ponds with holiday homes. We walk further through holiday park De Heihorsten towards zone F and G. When we return from these zones to the holiday park, we stop for a moment at the jetty that is located at the pond near the reception. Our walk through holiday park De Heihorsten continues towards zones B and C. These holiday homes are located on the edge of the holiday park. From this side of Roompot de Heihorsten you can walk straight into the woods. Zone A is the last zone of De Heihorsten that we explore. Then we walk back towards the large car park of Roompot De Heihorsten.
